对某锡冶炼厂的主体生产单位粗炼车间反射炉进行作业现场职业卫生学调查。反射炉作业工人接触空气中的粉尘和铅浓度合格,接触空气中的砷和镉浓度超标;沉降尘含有砷。反射炉作业工人发生的健康损害与作业场所存在的职业病危害因素密切相关。企业应改善防护措施,加强职业卫生宣传教育和个人防护用品使用的管理,使作业工人正确佩戴个人防护用品。

Enterprises should improve their protective measures and strengthen the management of publicity, education and use of personal protective equipment in occupational health so that workers can wear personal protective equipment properly.
