目的:探讨对玻璃体切割患者行卧位指导及细致护理的效果。方法:将2014年1-12月行玻璃体切割术的50例住院患者作为对照组,2015年1-12月行玻璃体切割术的56例住院患者作为观察组。对照组采取护理常规护理,观察组采取卧位指导及细致护理。比较两组患者对疾病相关知识掌握情况及患者对护理质量的满意度。结果:观察组和对照组患者对疾病相关知识掌握率分别为100%和36%,对护理质量满意度分别为100%和68%。结论:对玻璃体切割患者行卧位指导及细致护理,可提高患者遵医治疗的依从性和护理质量。
Objective: To explore the effect of lying guidance and meticulous care on vitrectomy patients. Methods: Fifty inpatients who underwent vitrectomy from January 2014 to January 2014 were selected as the control group. Fifty-six inpatients underwent vitrectomy from January to December 2015 were selected as the observation group. Control group to take care of routine care, observation group to take lying guidance and meticulous care. The two groups of patients were compared on the disease-related knowledge and patient satisfaction with the quality of care. Results: The mastery rates of disease-related knowledge in the observation group and the control group were 100% and 36% respectively, while satisfaction with the nursing quality was 100% and 68% respectively. Conclusion: The instrumentation and meticulous care of patients with vitrectomy can improve compliance and quality of care of patients.
