针对从组织保障角度系统研究协同政务主体之间如何进行知识共享的不足,提出协同政务知识共享的组织模式是知识协同网;针对政府知识协同团队、知识型虚拟政府、政府知识社区是知识协同网的具体组织形式,探讨协同政务知识共享的组织保障因素。
