The most common neurological symptoms of primary hypoparathyroidism are hand-foot pumping and seizures. Extrapyramidal symptoms are rare. A case is reported and combined with the literature a little discussion. Case Summary: Lee, female, aged 16, was admitted to hospital on October 13, 1980 for 5 years with intermittent hand and foot pumping and 3 years of extremity galloping. 5 years ago, there is no reason why there is atypical hand-foot pump, only occasional. 2 years after the emergence of paroxysmal body movements, each episode of hand and foot scratches slowly for the first move, followed by the entire body irregular rapid large waving. Light confined to a single limb or lateral, weight and spread to limbs. Short duration of ten minutes, long then 10 hours. Often due to less protective limb injury. There have been 2 times during the course of “fall attack” and a brief loss of consciousness, no history of neck surgery.
