1986年新修订的《全日制历史教学大纲》(以下简称《新大纲》)在两个方面进行了较大的变动:一是在总课时不变的情况下,在初中二年级下学期增加了世界历史教学内容,原初中《中国历史》教材,用三个学期学完;二是中国历史和世界历史的现代史下限都延伸到了80年代初,填补新中国建国后37年的历史和第二次世界大战后以来40多年历史的空白。另外,《大纲》在民族史部分有很重要的变动。对这些方面,经过学习,谈以下几点认识:
