一般认为骨骼转移性癌的发病率为20～30％,但转移到脚部骨骼的却极为少见。自1920年Bloodgood首先报告了蹠骨转移癌以来,此后虽在文献中逐渐增多,但也仅局限于个案或少量病例的报告。复习国内外文献资料,现在约有脚部骨骼转移癌30余例。现报告1例左肾透明细胞癌右趾末节趾骨转移的病例。病例报告:患者男性,54岁。1978年9月14日行左肾切除术,病理诊断为左肾透明细胞癌(图1、2)。1978年9月25日～1978年10月25日对左肾区及左腹主动脉旁用前后相对两野
Generally believed that the incidence of skeletal metastatic cancer is 20 to 30%, but the transfer to the foot bones are extremely rare.
