近年来,淄博市市委、市政府审时度势,从统筹城乡发展的战略高度,大力推进环卫一体化建设,创新思路、统筹发展,努力开创城乡环卫一体化新局面。截至2016年底,淄博市城区道路保洁面积4260.52万平方米,清运垃圾111.14万吨/年,环卫车辆717台,收集站533个,垃圾箱(房、桶)17943个,果皮箱5882个,公厕398座;城乡垃圾中转站122座,3处生活垃圾无害处理厂(场),初步建立了覆盖全市、规范有效的城乡环境卫生一体化管理模式。
