目的:通过对急诊科心电图检查存在的问题进行调查分析,提出切实可行的干预措施,提高急诊科医疗服务及技术能力,为制定合理的规范化管理措施提供依据。方法:针对急诊科的特点,对急诊科的50名医护人员和30名患者进行问卷调查。结果:医护人员对心电图基础知识的知晓率为70%,对仪器设备管理知识的知晓率为50%,对心电图检查规范化的满意度为65%;患者对心电图使用的满意度为89%。此外,79%的患者认为医护人员只注重仪器,对患者的心理感受少有关注。结论:急诊科医护人员的心电图知识知晓率普遍偏低,应根据实际情况,制定切实可行的干预政策,以为患者提供更好的医疗服务。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate and analyze the existing problems in the emergency department electrocardiogram examination, put forward feasible intervention measures, improve the medical service and technical ability of the emergency department, and provide the basis for establishing reasonable standardized management measures. Methods: According to the characteristics of emergency department, 50 medical staff and 30 patients in emergency department were surveyed. Results: The awareness rate of medical staff on basic electrocardiogram was 70%, the awareness of instrument and equipment management was 50%, the standardization of electrocardiogram was 65%, and the satisfaction of patients on electrocardiogram was 89%. In addition, 79% of the patients think that the healthcare workers only pay attention to the instruments and pay little attention to the patients’ psychological feelings. Conclusion: The awareness of ECG knowledge among emergency department staff is generally low. Practical interventions should be formulated based on the actual situation so as to provide patients with better medical services.
