患儿男,35天。因血尿7天加重3天入院。患儿于7天前无明显诱因发生血尿,近3天加重,为深红色全程肉眼血尿,染尿布。无呕血及黑便,无抽搐,未见皮肤粘膜出血。患儿系G_1P_1足月顺产,生后一般状况好,母乳喂养。体检:神清,重度贫血貌,呼吸规则,皮肤粘膜苍白,无黄染,心肺(-),肝脾不大,前囟平,颈软,双侧瞳孔等大等园,四肢肌张力正常。实验室检查:白细胞18.2×10~9/L,中性粒细胞0.19,淋巴细胞0.81,网织红细胞0.034,血红蛋白75g/L,血小板213×10~9/L,出血时间3.5分钟,凝血时间>10分钟,凝血酶原时
