目的:通过医院管理督导检查,了解县级中医院医院感染管理现状,提高县级中医院医院感染管理的整体水平。方法:依据河南省中医院医院感染管理评价标准,对八所县级中医院的医院感染管理工作进行现场检查评分。结果:医院感染制度的落实与当地卫生行政部门的管理与重视程度关系密切;二级以上、经济条件好的县级中医院的医院感染管理工作相对规范,一级中医院的医院感染管理工作不完善。结论:呼吁政府及卫生行政部门加大对基层中医医疗机构的资金扶持和检查力度。重视基层中医医疗机构的医院感染管理工作,培养高素质的医院感染管理专职人员,是基层中医院医院感染管理工作健康、快速发展的关键。
Objective: Through hospital management supervision and inspection, to understand the status quo of hospital infection management in county hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and to improve the overall level of hospital infection management in county hospital of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: According to the evaluation standard of Infection Management of Hospital of Henan Province Chinese Medicine Hospital, the site examination scores of hospital infection management in eight county hospitals were collected. Results: The implementation of hospital infection system is closely related to the management and emphasis of the local health administrative departments. The hospital infection management work of the county-level hospitals with more than two levels and good economic conditions is relatively standardized. The hospital infection management of the first-class hospitals perfect. Conclusion: The government and health administrative departments are urged to step up funding support and inspection of primary Chinese medical institutions. Attention should be paid to the management of hospital infection in grass-roots TCM hospitals and to cultivating high-quality full-time hospital infection management personnel. This is the key to the healthy and rapid development of hospital infection management in grassroots hospitals.
