纵观世界各发达国家的发展史,小康,是文明社会发展的一个必经阶段。小康生活,对老百姓来说,标志着贫困已摆脱,温饱已解决,正向富裕文明的生活迈进。奔小康,不仅是百姓的奋斗目标,也是各级政府在农村工作中的总任务,总目标。改革开放以来,我省小康的进程一年一个台阶,可谓日新月异。那么,我省小康的进程如何?全面实现小康的差距有多大?阻碍小康进程的关键何在?小康之路还有多长?所有这些都是人们关注的热点。
