人力资源和社会保障工作事关广大人民群众的切身利益,事关经济持续健康发展,事关社会和谐稳定,事关国家长治久安。因此,做好人力资源和社会保障工作意义重大,必须站在讲政治的高度,从大局着眼,从全局的角度出发,紧紧围绕促进经济持续健康发展和改善人民群众的生活质量努力做好各项工作。第一,认真做好就业再就业工作;第二,积极做好社会保障工作;第三,积极疏通信访渠道,妥善解决人民群众的信访问题。
Human resources and social security work have an important bearing on the vital interests of the vast majority of the people and the issues concerning the sustained and healthy economic development and the social harmony and stability, which are all matters concerning the country’s long-term peace and stability. Therefore, it is of great significance to do a good job in human resources and social security work. We must stand on the political level and look at the overall situation. From an overall perspective, we should make every effort to promote sustained and healthy economic development and improvement of people’s quality of life. Work First, do a good job of employment and reemployment work; second, actively do a good job social security work; third, actively dredge letters and visits channels, and properly solve the problem of people’s letters and visits.
