作为一个光学系统,角膜是人眼屈光系统的主要成分,眼散光也主要来自角膜。早在1890年,Javal就开始了关于眼散光与角膜散光的研究。此后,有人相继报道了这方面的研究结果。本文报告了我国儿童的眼散光与角膜曲率之间关系的调查结果。 对象与方法:本组共27例,54只眼,均为1991年暑假期间来视光门诊就诊的小学生。平均年龄9.4岁(3~15岁)。 首次门诊时作初步的常规检查和小瞳的屈光检查,然后给1%阿托品眼膏涂眼三天,再次屈光检查。屈光检查都是用视网膜检影法。第二次扩瞳检影验光后,给双眼分别作角膜曲率测定(Nidek角膜曲率计)。屈
