敌鼠钠为当前首选灭鼠剂,进入体内后影响依赖维生素K的凝血因子合成而致出血。临床上由于误服或吞服者报道不多,且在中毒病史不详的情况下常易误诊。现将我们所见3例报告如下。 例1 女,32岁。因腰痛伴血尿3天,牙龈出血1天而入院。起病后无畏寒发热,无尿痛尿急。既往体健。体检除牙龈渗血不止和右肾区有轻度叩痛外,无其他阳性所见。实验室检查:Hb120g/L,WBC
