目的:探讨推广胎儿系统超声筛查的效果及意义。方法:收集湖北省内接受长期胎儿系统超声筛查培训后各级医院的反馈资料,包括医院年分娩人数、年系统超声检查人次、胎儿畸形检出例数及胎儿畸形病种及孕周分布。并与湖北省三网监测数据资料进行比较,分析胎儿畸形病种及检出孕周分布情况。结果:1接受胎儿系统超声筛查培训后各级医院的年分娩人数、年系统超声检查人次及胎儿畸形检出例数均呈不同程度的增长趋势。2三级医院、二级医院及安陆计划生育服务站胎儿畸形总超声检出率分别为1.26%、0.40%、0.34%。3接受胎儿系统超声筛查培训后医院孕28周以前检出的胎儿畸形占73.41%,明显高于湖北省三网监测显示的数据(11.26%)。4检出胎儿畸形病种排序发生变化、提高了严重、疑难畸形病种的检出率。结论:推广胎儿系统超声筛查可使湖北省内多数严重胎儿结构异常在28周以前得到诊断、避免出生,对降低出生缺陷的发生率,提高出生人口素质有重要的意义。
Objective: To investigate the effect and significance of ultrasound screening of fetal system. Methods: The feedback data of hospitals receiving long-term fetal ultrasound screening in Hubei Province were collected, including the number of annual deliveries, the number of annual ultrasound examinations, the number of fetal malformations detected and the distribution of fetal malformations and gestational age. And compared with the monitoring data of the three nets in Hubei Province, we analyzed the distribution of fetal malformations and gestational age. Results: 1 The number of annual deliveries, the number of annual ultrasound examinations and the number of fetal malformations in all hospitals after receiving the ultrasound screening of fetal system showed a trend of varying degrees of growth. Twenty-three level hospitals, two hospitals and Anlu family planning service stations were 1.26%, 0.40% and 0.34% respectively. 3 fetal ultrasound screening after training 28 weeks before pregnancy in the hospital detected fetal malformations accounted for 73.41%, significantly higher than the data show that the three nets in Hubei Province (11.26%). 4 detection of fetal malformations change the sequencing of diseases, improve the detection rate of severe, difficult deformity disease. Conclusion: The promotion of ultrasound screening of fetal system can make the most serious fetal structural abnormalities in Hubei Province diagnosed before 28 weeks and avoid birth. It is of great significance to reduce the incidence of birth defects and improve the quality of birth population.
