在综采配套设备中,采用工作面拐角刮板输送机,将煤由工作面连续不断地运输到平巷的问题,引起了专家们的重视。采用这种运输系统,可降低工作面与平巷连接处的辅助劳动,提高劳动的安全性,减少转载点的设备,工作面回采与平巷掘进可同时进行,以及降低粉尘等。利用这种输送机把煤由工作面运到平巷,为防止撒落采用了上下闭合的单链条,在链子接头点刮板以悬臂形式固定在链子上
In the fully mechanized mining equipment, the use of face corner scraper conveyor, the continuous coal from the face to the lane transport issues, attracted the attention of experts.
