本文建立了简便准确的比色法用以测定Ｌ－天冬氨酸－β－脱羧酶的活力。即Ｌ－丙氨酸经氧化生成的乙醛能与ρ－羟基联苯形成稳定的紫色化合物，在５７６．８ｎｍ处有最大吸收，以此定量生成的微量Ｌ－丙氨酸．
This article established a simple and accurate colorimetric method for the determination of L-aspartate -β-decarboxylase activity. Acetaldehyde formed by oxidation of L-alanine can form a stable purple compound with ρ-hydroxybiphenyl and has a maximum absorption at 576.8 nm, thereby quantifying trace amounts of generated L-alanine.
