目的:观察IgG1在不同严重程度支气管哮喘患者外周血清中的表达水平,并探讨其与B细胞分化水平及肺功能之间的相关性。方法:观察健康志愿者、哮喘患者及其治疗后外周血清中IgG1水平变化;比较不同严重程度哮喘患者血清中IgG1水平;统计学分析IgG1与B细胞分化及肺功能指标(FEV1/FVC、FEV1/Pre)之间的相关性。结果:哮喘患血清中IgG1水平显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),治疗后哮喘患者IgG1水平显著下降(P<0.05);轻度、中度及重度哮喘患者IgG1水平有显著差异;IgG1水平与外周血淋巴细胞中B细胞分化水平存在正相关,与肺功能指标FEV1/FVC、FEV1/Pre均存在负相关。结论:IgG1在哮喘中分泌增加,治疗后下降,可能参与了哮喘B细胞的细胞免疫功能,并可能反映患者气流受限程度及疾病严重程度。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the expression of IgG1 in peripheral blood serum of patients with different severity of bronchial asthma, and to explore its correlation with B cell differentiation and pulmonary function. Methods: The levels of IgG1 in healthy volunteers, asthmatic patients and their peripheral blood serum after treatment were observed. IgG1 levels in sera of asthmatic patients with different severity were compared. Differences of IgG1 and B cell differentiation and pulmonary function (FEV1 / FVC, Pre). Results: The serum level of IgG1 in asthmatic patients was significantly higher than that in normal controls (P <0.01), and the level of IgG1 in asthmatic patients was significantly decreased after treatment (P <0.05). There was significant difference in IgG1 between mild and moderate asthmatic patients There was a positive correlation between the level of B cell differentiation in peripheral blood lymphocytes and FEV1 / FVC and FEV1 / Pre in pulmonary function. Conclusion: IgG1 is secreted in asthma and decreased after treatment. It may be involved in the cellular immune function of asthmatic B cells and may reflect the limited air flow and the severity of the disease.
