为考察近等基因系间遗传背景相似的程度,鉴定了十对具不同抗性基因的大麦抗白粉病近等基因系对人工接种白粉病菌的抗性反应,并在田间条件下考察了抽穗期、开花期、株高、穗长、有效分蘗、结实小穗数和百粒重等七个数量性状。结果表明,感病系均表现为高感,抗病系表现从免疫到中抗等不同程度的抗性。在不同对的近等基因系之间,抽穗期、开花期、株高、穗长和结实小穗数等五个性状有极显著的差异。各近等基因系对内抗病系和感病系间在这七个性状上没有明显的差异。说明除抗白粉病性之外,这十对近等基因系内的抗病系和感病系的遗传背景高度相似。
In order to investigate the similar genetic background between near isogenic lines, ten pairs of resistant genes for barley powdery mildew resistance to powdery mildew inoculated with different resistance genes were identified and the heading date , Flowering stage, plant height, spike length, effective tillering, number of spikelets and 100-grain weight. The results showed that all the susceptible lines showed high susceptibility, and the resistance lines showed different degrees of resistance from immunity to moderate resistance. Among the near-isogenic lines, the five traits such as heading date, flowering period, plant height, spike length and number of spikelets were significantly different. There was no significant difference in the seven traits between the near-isogenic lines and the susceptible lines. The results showed that the genetic backgrounds of the ten resistance lines and the susceptible lines in the near-isogenic lines were highly similar except for resistance to powdery mildew.
