中国的短信息市场发展迅速,2000年发送数量约为5亿至10亿条,占全世界发送总量的1%;2001年达到189亿条,占世界发送总量的7%;2003将达到2000亿条,占全世界发送总量的50%,也就是说在全世界每天发送的短信息中,有一半是中国人发送的。在看到短信息业务发展势头良好的同时,我们也发现SP的业务种类比较单一,也有一些SP在拓展其业务的时候有一些过激行为,触及了国家相关的法律和政策,受到广大用户的强烈批评,一度给数据业务的发展造成很大的负面影
