本文针对大学生语言表达能力偏低的现实，从社会发展和公安民警工作性质的角度，论述了公安院校学生语言表达艺术培养的必要性和重要性。在此基础上阐述了语言表达艺术的培养和训练途径。
In view of the fact that undergraduates have poor language skills, this paper discusses the necessity and importance of cultivating students ’art of expressing language in public security colleges and universities from the perspectives of social development and the nature of policemen’ s work. On this basis, elaborates the ways of cultivating and training the language expression art.
