三门峡市槐扒黄河提水工程是解决渑池、义马两县市城镇居民生活用水、工业用水和农业节水灌溉的一项综合性供水工程。黄背岭——李家山隧洞(以下简称黄李隧洞)为整个提水工程的咽喉,全长7728m。施工中在出口洞段桩号10+874处出现了大的塌方冒顶,致使洞顶地面塌陷,洞身34m涌满堆积体。后经采取“先堵后棚,先撑后穿,短进短衬,步步进占”的处理办法,抑制了塌方的发展,穿过了塌方段,达到了预期的目的。
