农业是我国的第一产业,农业的兴衰成败关系到整个现代化建设的兴衰成败,而作为农业的“领头雁”——农村干部,其素质的高低与农业的发展快慢是紧密联系的。在较发达的农村地区,后面总会有一班素质较高的干部在起着举足轻重的作用。对此,国家有关部门已有所重视,但我认为对农村干部素质这一问题的重视还嫌不够,有关措施尚未出台或得到实施。前不久我专门就我村干部素质的状况作了一番凋查和分析,以期能引起有关部门的重视。
Agriculture is the primary industry of our country. The success or failure of agriculture is related to the success or failure of the entire modernization. As the leader of agriculture, rural cadres, their quality is closely linked with the speed of agricultural development. In more developed rural areas, there will always be a group of high-quality cadres who play a decisive role. In this regard, the relevant state departments have paid attention, but I think that the importance of the issue of the quality of rural cadres is still not enough, relevant measures have not been introduced or implemented. Not long ago, I made a special investigation and analysis of the quality of the village cadres in order to arouse the attention of the relevant departments.
