目的探讨综合性治疗对乳腺癌病人患侧上肢功能恢复的影响。方法通过对114例乳腺癌术后患者进行改良根治手术后,再对患侧上肢开展针对性和系统性的康复训练及功能锻炼。结果 102例病人通过综合性治疗,有效地减轻了患肢水肿,未发生患肢的功能障碍,能够比较轻松地应付日常工作和生活,减轻了患者身心痛苦,提高了患者的生活质量,有效率达到89.47%。结论综合性的临床治疗对乳腺癌患者术后患侧上肢功能恢复有积极作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive treatment on functional recovery of affected upper limbs in patients with breast cancer. Methods After 114 patients with postoperative breast cancer were treated by modified radical mastectomy, targeted and systematic rehabilitation exercises and functional exercises were performed on the affected upper limbs. Results 102 patients through comprehensive treatment, effectively reduce limb edema, limb dysfunction did not occur, can more easily cope with daily work and life, reduce the patient’s physical and mental pain, improve the quality of life of patients, effective Reached 89.47%.
