目的了解肺空洞型肺结核病人应用双腔支气管导管(DLT)实施肺隔离的安全性和有效性。方法对30例空洞型肺结核病人应用DLT时导管型号选择、管端定位的方法进行讨论,并对健侧肺交叉感染及并发症的情况进行观察。结果无一例发生健侧肺交叉感染,发生DLT管端错位3例,占本组病例的10%。结论选择合适的DLT并定位准确,对实施肺隔离是安全和有效的。
Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of pulmonary cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis patients undergoing dual-lumen bronchial catheterization (DLT). Methods 30 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with DLT when the catheter type selection, the method of catheter localization were discussed, and contralateral lung infection and complications were observed. Results No case of contralateral pulmonary infection caused by contralateral DLT occurred in 3 cases, 10% of the cases. Conclusion Choosing the right DLT and positioning accurately is safe and effective in the implementation of pulmonary isolation.
