针对OCr15Ni40MoCuTiAl合金在不适当的固溶处理制度时发生的异常氧化现象,做了热处理的各种条件试验.进行了金相、X光、电子探针、化学分析多方面的研究。发现这种异常氧化与合金的铝含量有关,是MoO_3的加速作用所造成的。该合金在1000℃长时间加热,或于1050℃以上加热均会发生。氧化是沿晶反应,冷却速度对它无明显影响.“酥皮状”和粉末状氧化皮主要为Fe_3O_4型的尖晶石结构。稀土的加入有良好的影响。对这一氧化的机构和影响因素进行了初步探讨,并提出了若干防止措施。而该合金按正常工艺处理可避免这种异常氧化的发生。
In order to investigate the abnormal oxidation phenomenon of OCr15Ni40MoCuTiAl alloy during the improper solution treatment, various conditions of heat treatment were tested, and metallographic, X-ray, electron probe and chemical analysis were carried out. This abnormal oxidation was found to be related to the aluminum content of the alloy and was caused by the acceleration of MoO 3. The alloy is heated at 1000 ° C for a long time or heated at 1050 ° C or above. The oxidation is the intergranular reaction, the cooling rate has no significant effect on it. “Pastry” and powdered oxide mainly Fe_3O_4-type spinel structure. The addition of rare earth has a good effect. The mechanism of oxidation and its influencing factors were discussed preliminarily and a number of preventive measures were put forward. The alloy according to the normal process to avoid this anomalous oxidation occurs.
