在市场经济改革的推动下,20世纪80年代后期,我国建设项目造价管理开始从传统基于定额的造价管理范式向现代管理范式转换。我国政府和工程造价管理工作者提出了建设项目全过程造价管理的理念,即对工程项目实施的全过程进行造价控制。此后,我国工程造价管理学界的学者和实际工作者更进一步地对全过程造价管理的思想与内涵提出了许多看法和设想。本文将对公路造价控制进行分析。
Driven by the reform of market economy, in the late 1980s, the cost management of China’s construction projects began to shift from the traditional norms-based cost management paradigm to the modern management paradigm. China’s government and project cost management workers put forward the concept of cost management in the whole process of construction projects, that is, the cost control of the whole process of project implementation. Since then, scholars and practitioners in the field of engineering cost management in our country have further put forward many ideas and conceptions on the thought and connotation of the whole process cost management. This article will analyze the cost control of the highway.
