从1990-2010年长三角城市土地利用效率的时空变化特征出发,对不同类型城市建成区扩张与经济增长之间的协整关系及格兰杰因果关系进行了研究。结果表明,长三角城市土地利用效率呈上升趋势,但区域差异较为明显;不同类型城市的建成区扩张与经济增长之间均存在长期稳定的协整关系,但两者之间的格兰杰因果关系在不同城市间的差异较大,上海、南京的经济增长与建成区扩张之间存在双向和单向因果关系并存的现象,经济增长已明显步入转型期,而杭州、无锡的经济增长却仅是建成区扩张的单向格兰杰原因,经济增长仍过度依赖于建设用地的扩张,土地利用方式不太合理。因此,应有效地转变经济发展方式,推行差别化的土地供应调控和供后监管政策,以实现城市可持续发展。
From the spatial and temporal characteristics of urban land use efficiency in the Yangtze River Delta from 1990 to 2010, this paper studies the cointegration relationship between the expansion and economic growth of the built-up areas in different types of cities and the Granger causality. The results show that the efficiency of urban land use in the Yangtze River Delta is on the rise, but the regional differences are obvious. There is a long-term and stable co-integration relationship between the expansion of built-up areas and economic growth in different types of cities. However, the Granger causality The relationship between cities in Shanghai is quite different. There is a two-way and one-way causal relationship between economic growth in Shanghai and Nanjing and the expansion of built-up areas. Economic growth has obviously entered the transition period. However, the economic growth in Hangzhou and Wuxi It is only one-way Granger reason for the expansion of built-up areas. Economic growth still relies too much on the expansion of construction land, and the land use patterns are not reasonable. Therefore, we should effectively transform the mode of economic development and implement differentiated land supply control and post-supply regulatory policies to achieve sustainable urban development.
