为探索地聚物在发泡过程中掺入多孔相变材料对形成轻质地聚物热湿性能的影响,采用膨胀珍珠岩作为多孔材料,三元低共熔醇酸作为相变材料,利用真空吸附法制得多孔相变材料,通过正交设计,研究了发泡剂、多孔相变材料、养护温度、养护时间等因素对地聚物发泡相变调湿材料物理性能和热湿性能的影响,同时采用功效系数法对其性能进行优选。利用差示扫描量热DSC、扫描电镜SEM对优选材料的相变温度、相变潜热及形貌进行了分析。结果表明,当发泡剂用量1.5%(wt,质量分数,下同),多孔相变材料掺量15%,养护温度80℃,养护时间24h时,所制备的地聚物发泡相变调湿材料热湿性能综合效果最好。
In order to explore the influence of porous phase change material on the heat and moisture properties of light geopolymers by the incorporation of porous phase change material in the foaming process, expanded perlite was used as porous material and ternary eutectic alkyd as phase change material.
