七一一矿因受地下热水影响,使井下掘进工作面空气温度一般都在35℃以上。为了改善井下气候条件,采取了集中制冷、分散降温的空调方案。地面冷冻站(正常运行时的设计总制冷能力为100万大卡/小时),将循环水的温度降至5~10℃,而后送往井下各处的空气冷却器,被冷却的空气通过局扇和隔热风筒送往工作面。冷水与空气进行热交换后,温度升高,泵回冷冻站,再降温,循环往复使用(图1)。该矿区地处湖南南部,
