将自制FePO4·xH2O、LiOH·H2O和蔗糖按一定配比通过超细球磨均匀混合后,700℃下煅烧6h获得LiFePO4/C正极材料。通过XRD、SEM和电化学测试对材料的结构、形貌和电化学性能进行了表征和测试。结果表明:超细球磨可以明显降低颗粒粒径,提高电化学性能。在C/16倍率下,材料的首次放电容量为146.2mAh/g,循环50圈后容量保持率为97.1%,表现出较好的倍率特性和循环性能。
The FePO4 · xH2O, LiOH · H2O and sucrose were mixed uniformly by ultrafine ball milling at a certain ratio, and calcined at 700 ℃ for 6h to obtain LiFePO4 / C cathode material. The structure, morphology and electrochemical properties of the materials were characterized and tested by XRD, SEM and electrochemical tests. The results show that ultrafine ball milling can significantly reduce the particle size and improve the electrochemical performance. At C / 16 rate, the initial discharge capacity of the material was 146.2mAh / g, and the capacity retention rate was 97.1% after 50 cycles, showing good rate capability and cycling performance.
