患者男,7岁,因车祸严重颌面外伤,于1989年1月30日,急诊收入我院口腔科,并请眼科会诊。体验:神志清。左侧颌面及头部皮肤撕脱,伤口自头顶部斜向下达左眼内眦角,再沿眶内缘向下,沿鼻唇沟达下颌关节处,伤口全长约30cm。全层皮肤及皮下组织向外撕脱翻转。暴露出泪囊窝、部分颅骨、眶骨、颧骨及颞肌。颧弓根部骨折。心、肺正常,头颅X线拍片未见骨折。眼部检查:视力未测。右眼正常。左眼睑裂、睫毛、睑板
Male, 7 years old, due to a serious car accident in maxillofacial injury, on January 30, 1989, emergency department income in our hospital, and ophthalmology consultation. Experience: mind clear. Left maxillofacial and head skin avulsion, the wound diagonally from the top down to the left eye socket, and then down along the rim of the orbit, along the nasolabial fold up to the mandibular joint, the wound length of about 30cm. Full-thickness skin and subcutaneous tissue torn outward flip. Dacryocysts, some skulls, orbital bones, zygoma and temporal muscles are exposed. Zygomatic arch fractures. Heart, lung normal, skull X-ray film no fracture. Eye examination: eyesight not measured. Right eye is normal. Left eye palpebral fissure, eyelashes, tarsus
