目的:观察与铁剂和维生素E相结合的重组人类促红细胞生成素在治疗早产儿贫血方面的临床效果。方法:此次试验选择100例患儿作为研究对象,根据不同的临床治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例,进行为期2个月的治疗。对照组和观察组都于出生后第5天开始接受治疗,配合使用铁剂和维生素E;对照组不进行重组人类促红细胞生成素(rHu-EPO)的注射,观察组注射规格为250IU/kg的rHu-EPO,一周3次,共用六周。结果:观察组患者体内血红蛋白的最大差值为14.1,对照组患者体内血红蛋白含量的最大值为54.97;由此可见观察组患者体内血红蛋白含量的下降速率较对照组缓慢。两组组数据进行统计学比较,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:注射重组人类促红细胞生成素不仅可以有效地减慢患者体内血红蛋白含量下降的速率,而且可以促进红细胞的生成,以此提高人体内血红蛋白的含量。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of recombinant human erythropoietin combined with iron and vitamin E in the treatment of anemia in premature infants. Methods: The study selected 100 cases of children as study subjects, according to different clinical treatment methods were divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases in each group, for a period of 2 months of treatment. Both control group and observation group received treatment with iron and vitamin E on the fifth day after birth. The control group received no injection of recombinant human erythropoietin (rHu-EPO). The injection group in the observation group was 250 IU / kg RHu-EPO three times a week for six weeks. Results: The maximum hemoglobin difference was 14.1 in the observation group and 54.97 in the control group. The decrease rate of hemoglobin in the observation group was slower than that in the control group. Two groups of data for statistical comparison, P <0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion: Injecting recombinant human erythropoietin can not only effectively reduce the rate of decrease of hemoglobin in patients, but also promote the production of erythrocytes, thereby increasing the content of hemoglobin in the human body.
