女真族建立的金朝自兴起到取代辽朝,进而占领中原地区,接受融合汉族统治文化,直至被蒙古所灭,其间不过百余年。在这短短时间中,女真族及其建立的金朝在社会的各个方面都不断经历着巨大的变化。习俗上的逐渐汉化、官场风气日益因循重利、民风由质朴变为奢靡等现象纷纷涌现。尽管当时人对这些现象都有认识,也积极分析成因并着手解决,但从事实来看,并没有得到预期的效果。本文即通过对这些现象及时人观点做法加以归纳和总结,以期更为直观细致地了解相关情况及错失得失,以资为后世借鉴。
