其实,学困生广泛存在于小学阶段的语文教学过程中。学困生的辅导与转化工作,同样也是小学语文教学中一大难题。如何消除学困生的心理障碍,让学困生从怕学到想学,从能学到会学。克服目前存在的困难,进行合理的转归,从而提高自身的学习能力。为此,我认为,转化学困生提高其语文能力,需要真心厚爱他们,耐心宽待他们;要重视非智力因素,培养良好的学习习惯;要加强课内外阅读,丰富语文素养。
In fact, students with learning difficulties exist in the process of Chinese teaching at primary school. Guidance and transformation work of students with learning difficulties is also a major challenge in Chinese teaching in primary schools. How to eliminate the mental obstacle of students who have difficulty in school, so that students who are poor at learning can learn from fear and learn from what they can learn. Overcome the existing difficulties and make reasonable returns so as to improve their learning abilities. To this end, I think that students who have difficulty in translation should improve their language ability and love them with sincerity and patience. They should attach importance to non-intellectual factors and develop good study habits. They should strengthen reading in and out of their classes and enrich their language literacy.
