目的确定黄芩籽种壳中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法正交设计水冷浸法、醇冷浸法、醇回流提取法、水煎煮法四种工艺的提取因素进行实验,用紫外分光光度法测定黄芩籽种壳总黄酮含量。结果乙醇回流提取法(回流时间1.0h,回流次数2次,乙醇含量为60%时)得到黄芩籽种壳总黄酮得量最多,为8.37%;乙醇冷浸法所得总黄酮含量1.87%;水冷浸法和水煎煮法提取效率最低。结论乙醇回流法工艺稳定且收率高,适用于工业生产中提取黄芩籽种壳总黄酮。
Objective To determine the optimum extraction process of total flavonoids in Scutellaria baicalensis seed shell. Methods orthogonal design water-cooled immersion method, alcohol cold immersion method, alcohol reflux extraction method, decoction method of four extraction factors for experiments, determination of total flavonoids content of Scutellaria baicalensis seed shell by UV spectrophotometry. Results The total flavonoids content of Scutellaria baicalensis seed shell was the highest (8.37%), the total flavonoid content of ethanol was 1.87%, and the total flavonoids content was 1.87% after refluxing for 1.0h, refluxing twice and refluxing for 60% Baptist method and decoction method to extract the lowest efficiency. Conclusion The ethanol reflux method has the advantages of stable process and high yield. It is suitable for the extraction of total flavonoids from the shell of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi in industrial production.
