目的通过对医院环境卫生学监测来观察医院内的空气及各种物体表面等的细菌污染状况,以便及时掌握医院的清洁消毒灭菌效果及存在的感染危险因素。方法每季度对环境标本进行抽样监测及分析。结果物体表面、空气、医务人员手合格率偏低。结论加强检查、督导、监测,及时反馈,更好地指导临床,不断提高医院消毒质量,减少医院感染相关危险因素。
Objective To observe the bacterial contamination of air and surface of various objects in the hospital by monitoring the environmental hygiene of the hospital in order to timely grasp the cleaning and disinfection and sterilization effects of the hospital and the risk factors of infection. Methods Quarterly sampling and monitoring of environmental samples were carried out. The results of the object surface, air, medical staff hand low pass rate. Conclusion Strengthen the inspection, supervision, monitoring, timely feedback to better guide the clinical and continuously improve the quality of hospital disinfection, reduce the risk factors associated with nosocomial infection.
