本文首先谈到空间机械用滚动轴承寿命的重要性和如何确定轴承寿命。本文对国内外近年研究发展情况进行了综述,在文中第一部分叙述了滚动轴承寿命与轴承材料的关系,例举了研究减少钢中含氧量和夹杂物来提高滚动轴承寿命以及白色组织,蝶状组织和寿命的关系的研究成果等。在第二部分对滚动疲劳剥落的机理和表面质量影响滚动轴承寿命的研究成果进行了阐述。其中指出表面层是负残余应力时有助于提高滚动轴承疲劳寿命已成定论。在第三部分叙述了滚动轴承寿命与润滑的关系,特别是强调了表面润湿性的重要性,列举了由于采取磷酸三甲酚脂等表面处理改善表面润湿性,采用溅射二硫化铝和炭化钛涂层等办法提高了轴承寿命的研究成果。最后提出了在提高空间机械用滚动轴承寿命的研究方向上的见解。
This article starts with the importance of the life of rolling bearings for space machinery and how to determine the bearing life. In this paper, the research development of recent years at home and abroad are reviewed. In the first part, the relationship between bearing life and bearing life of rolling bearing is described.
