“New Curriculum Standards” will be quality education in the first place in teaching, pay more attention to the students of inquiry cooperation and self-study. The change of educational concept also urges the transformation and localization of Chinese teachers' identity. I think the language teachers in education and teaching management should be their role as a director rather than an actor, the role of the student should be positioned as an actor rather than the audience. Teachers should make their students perform splendidly under their own wonderful directors, give full expression to the individuality of students, cultivate students 'awareness of exploring cooperation and increase students'
