本文研究了南方某稀土矿浸出动力学,考察了浸出反应温度、浸出剂初始浓度及搅拌强度对浸出速率的影响,结果表明,其浸出过程可用收缩未反应芯模型描述。属内扩散控制,导出了浸出动力学方程.为高效抵耗浸出稀土提供了理论依据。
In this paper, the leaching kinetics of a rare earth mine in the south of China was studied. The effects of leaching reaction temperature, initial concentration of leaching agent and stirring intensity on the leaching rate were investigated. The results show that the leaching process can be described by shrinking unreacted core model. It belongs to the internal diffusion control and leads to the leaching kinetics equation. It provides a theoretical basis for efficient leaching of rare earths.
