“知本”,是个新名 词儿,在当今新知识经 济领域中被广泛流传。 但在以前,各行业都讲 “资产”可以支配万事万 物,不少企、事业单位或 个人,都在为激活自己 的资产而大展雄威、鹿 战商(疆)场,有的甚至为盘活资产而终极一生。 但“资产”又有有形与无形之分,只不过在专家眼中,后者比前者更为重要,并将其激化成“知本”。在今天的市场经济时代,各行各业都在走市场化、产业化等产、销一体化发展道路,但“知本”要进入市场,还得搞资本运作,要在资本运作中努力开发人力资源,要让自己的知识产权捆绑上市,要积极激活“知本”,从而搞来基金,让知识产权变成钱生钱的工具…… 针对这些问题,中国食品发酵工业研究院院长,一位享受政府特殊津贴的教授级高工“知本”家——孙院长独到、深刻、精辟的见解,也许能教大家从“资本”的困惑中走出,并学会在如下四大领域中激活:
