本文针对医院图书馆保障医院学科建设的重要性，结合大连医科大学附属第一医院图书馆的探索与实践，阐述了学科建设与医院图书馆的关系，以及保障学科建设的各个途径，指出医院图书馆应该抓住机遇，积极主动的发展。“,”In the paper, the importance of hospital library guarantee discipline construction was shown. Based on the exploration and practice of how to guarantee discipline construction by First Af iliated Hospital Library of Dalian Medical University, the author gave a comprehensive introduction to the relation and ensure approach of discipline construction and hospital library. With this introduction, the article intends to point out that hospital library should seize opportunities and develop itself actively.
