学前教育教研员是促进幼儿教育健康发展的骨干力量,随着学前教育的快速发展,学前教研员的作用也日益凸显。通过对全省部分地区教研员专业发展状况的调研和分析,旨在达成三个目的:了解全省学前教育教研员自身及专业发展现状;分析学前教育教研员专业发展需求及存在的问题;提出促进学前教育教研员专业发展的有效建议。
Preschool education teachers and researchers are the backbone to promote the healthy development of preschool education. With the rapid development of preschool education, the role of preschool teachers and researchers is becoming increasingly prominent. Through the investigation and analysis of the professional development of teaching and research staff in some parts of the province, the purpose is to achieve three objectives: to understand the status quo and professional development of the pre-school teachers and professors in the province; to analyze the professional development needs and existing problems of the pre-service teaching and research staff; Effective advice to promote the professional development of pre-school educators.
