在RH破真空后,往钢液中喂硅钙线,通过比较喂钙前后钢液中T.O、N以及夹杂物尺寸、数量的变化,来研究钙处理对无取向硅钢总氧含量的影响。热力学计算表明无取向硅钢中由于铝含量较高,钢中自由氧含量低,钢中总氧含量基本可以代表钢中氧化夹杂物的含量。钙处理可以明显降低无取向硅钢的总氧含量,这主要是由于钙处理会使钢液中夹杂物变性长大,密度减小,从而有利于夹杂物的上浮去除。
After the vacuum RH, the silicon steel wire was fed into the molten steel. The effects of calcium treatment on the total oxygen content of the non-oriented silicon steel were studied by comparing the changes of T.O, N and inclusions in the molten steel before and after feeding calcium. Thermodynamic calculations show that due to the high aluminum content in the non-oriented silicon steel, the free oxygen content in the steel is low and the total oxygen content in the steel can basically represent the content of the oxidized inclusions in the steel. Calcium treatment can significantly reduce the total oxygen content of non-oriented silicon steel, which is mainly due to calcium treatment will make the inclusions in the molten steel degeneration grew, the density decreases, which is conducive to the removal of inclusions floating.
