Snail is the intermediate host of schistosomiasis, schistosomiasis plays an important role in the epidemic. Different regions of snails have different schistosomiasis susceptibility, which may be different with the spirochete lymphocytes. There are no uniform standards for the classification of snail lymphocytes, usually divided into granulosa cells and transparent cells according to the presence or absence of intracellular lymphocytes. Granulocytes play an important role in the immune function, while the transparent cells have less immunosuppression. In addition, the soluble factor secreted by snails may also play a role in immune regulation.
