1病例报告患者女,20岁。5天前无明显诱因出现乏力、咽痛、低热而就诊,诊断为上呼吸道感染。给予感冒冲剂、速效伤风胶囊、复方阿司匹林等治疗,无明显好转。第4天前胸、后背出现散发皮疹,伴瘙痒。第5天皮疹逐渐扩散至头部、四肢,部分为水疱样疹,遂再次就诊。既往身体健康,未患过水痘,否认接触过水痘患者。查体:体温37.6℃,血压120/80mmHg,精神佳。皮肤科
