中枢神经细胞瘤是临床罕见的神经元良性肿瘤,仅占全部原发脑肿瘤的0.5%。由于发病率低,容易因认识不足而发生误诊。MRI检查是诊断和鉴别诊断该肿瘤的重要方法之一。近期,我们对2013年6月—2015年6月,经手术病理检查证实的中枢神经细胞瘤5例MRI影像学特点进行了分析。现报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般情况本组5例中,男3例,女2例;年龄19~28岁,平均24岁。主要临床症状为头晕、头痛、呕吐,并呈进行性加重。其中伴走路不稳1例、发热1例。1.2方法采用德国西门子公司1.5TSonata磁共振机,行
Central neurocytoma is a rare clinical benign neuron tumor, accounting for only 0.5% of all primary brain tumors. Due to the low incidence, it is easy to misdiagnosis due to lack of understanding. MRI is one of the important methods to diagnose and differentiate the tumor. Recently, we analyzed MRI features of 5 patients with central neurocytoma confirmed by surgery and pathology from June 2013 to June 2015. The report is as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General This group of 5 patients, 3 males and 2 females; aged 19 to 28 years, mean 24 years old. The main clinical symptoms of dizziness, headache, vomiting, and was progressive increase.
