新疆位于我国西北边陲,总体发展水平有待提高,新疆农村的学校教学质量有待改善。因为新疆经济并不发达,所以在农村教育方面下的工夫并不多,导致新疆农村学校的教学水平低下。作为新疆农村学校的班主任,应该有义务有责任尽自己最大的努力改变当今的教育状况。从新疆农村学校教学方面存在的不足入手,对初中班主任的工作提出相应的对策和讨论。
Xinjiang is located in the northwestern border of China, the overall development level needs to be improved, and the quality of school teaching in rural areas of Xinjiang needs to be improved. Because Xinjiang’s economy is underdeveloped, there is not much time spent in rural education, leading to a low level of teaching in rural schools in Xinjiang. As a teacher in charge of rural schools in Xinjiang, it should be obliged to have the responsibility to do its utmost to change the current state of education. Beginning with the shortcomings in the teaching of rural schools in Xinjiang, we put forward corresponding countermeasures and discussions on the work of junior middle school teachers.
