2014年11月3日,作为第二轮中英高级别人文交流机制的重要成果之一的“中英数学教师交流项目”在英国正式启动。来自上海的首批29名优秀数学教师在英格兰的15所小学数学教学资源中心校参与教学工作、分享教学经验。此次交流项目着重于小学数学教学。中英双方的数学教师在为期3周的工作中以上海数学教学的实践为基础推进英格兰地区低龄阶段数学教育的实践经验,为小学生今后掌握更复杂的数学概念打下坚实基础。英国教育部学校改革国务大臣尼克·吉布
On November 3, 2014, “Sino-British Mathematics Teacher Exchange Program”, one of the important achievements of the second high-level cultural exchange mechanism between China and Britain, was officially launched in the United Kingdom. The first batch of 29 outstanding math teachers from Shanghai participated in the teaching work in 15 elementary mathematics teaching resource centers in England and shared their teaching experience. The exchange program focuses on primary school mathematics teaching. During the three-week course, math teachers from both China and Britain have taken practical training in mathematics education at a young age in England as a foundation to lay a solid foundation for pupils to master more complex mathematical concepts in the future.
