本文分析河北省居民阶梯电价运行一年多来取得的成效,探讨了运行中存在的问题,并为进一步完善居民阶梯电价机制提出建议。应进一步优化三档电量的划分,合理确定其价格;建立三档用电量调整机制和三档用电价格调整机制;在阶梯电价的基础上,积极推行峰谷分时电价机制;进一步完善相关配套政策。
This article analyzes the results of the operation of residents in Hebei Province over the past year to explore the problems in operation, and to make recommendations for further improvement of residents’ pricing mechanism. We should further optimize the division of power consumption of the third gear and determine its price rationally. We also set up a third gear electricity consumption adjustment mechanism and a third gear electricity price adjustment mechanism. On the basis of the tiered electricity price, we actively promote the peak-valley time-of-use electricity price mechanism and further improve the relevant Supporting policies.
